0911 Lot30 - Southern Joop

November 2009 Auction
Chestnut gelding, 16.1hh, 29/01/03
Jive Magic (imp) x Olympia
On account of Southern Stars Dressage

Joop is a quiet, charismatic young horse. He has been well-handled and has no vices. He has been carefully matured since birth with all appropriate care, feet, worming, teeth etc carried out regularly. The general consensus is that he would best suit a competitive dressage rider as he is quiet enough to be a suitable ride for even a less professional rider.

Joop’s sire, Jive Magic, needs no introduction nor his dam sire, Richmeed Medallion (dec). Both are champions in their own right. Joop is out of Olympia, herself out of Diamond Delight, the daughter of Kenare Snowshoes, a B-grade showjumper with Vicki Roycroft and subsequently sold to the USA. Diamond Delight, by Don Ramiro, carries
the influential Donnerhall blood. Joop’s full younger brother, Joep, finished in the top 10 of the recent 4yo class for young dressage horses at the recent CDI with his 16yo rider Charlotte le Hoang. A tribute to his temperament! Joop has been brought along slowly, allowing him to mature and grow. He has attended clinics with Richard Weiss and Stefan
Wolf and is offered for sale only due to numbers.
